Workshops
A few days on one thing, with a small group and someone experienced holding the room. Most of these run when enough people register interest — registering costs nothing and books nothing, and we write to everyone with the dates and the deposit before a penny changes hands. Some are brought here by organisations who take their own bookings; those are marked, with their dates.
How registering works
Registering interest tells us you want a workshop to happen. It is not a booking, there is nothing to pay, and you can have your details deleted at any time with one click in any email we send you.
When a workshop reaches the number of people it needs, we write to everyone who registered with the dates, what it costs and what the deposit is. Paying the deposit is what actually holds your place. If a workshop never reaches its number, it does not run and you are never asked for anything.
A workshop marked Booked works differently: an organisation has taken the house for its own programme and handles its own places, so its page links to their booking rather than to a register form.
